Stamps and Some Framing Suggestions

As we search the world for stamps representing our breeds of dogs, we are often asked about how to display them attractively. Many people are very good at cutting matts and mounting things beautifully, but others would rather have their stamps lovingly framed for them. We offer this service of mounting your chosen stamps with nugget effect gold leaf in matching artistic frames.

At this time, mounting and framing is priced at $19.95 plus the cost of the individual stamps (unless a souvenir sheet is offered already mounted on the breed page.)

Now, isn't this nicer than just throwing them in a drawer, hoping to put them in a frame someday?

We appologize ahead of time for how difficult it is to photograph the final art work through glass, but I am sure that you will see how beautifully it can be done.

Framed Old English Sheepdog Souvenir Sheet

These are examples of some of our souvenir sheets that come already mounted and framed. Souvenir sheets are typically much harder to acquire and more expensive than the stamps that are issued with them. For this reason, many of the souvenir sheets only come mounted. The Afghan Hound is priced at $34.95, the Golden Retriever is $24.95 and the Old English Sheepdog comes as part of a two sheet set framed in two frames for $89.95.

It is absolutely true that you will often find some of these stamps at very reasonable prices -- some can be had for under a dollar. On the other hand, if you add in the gas, hours, and hassles that it has taken to find them, you may find it easier to just get them from us while we have them :*) I don't always count on getting more in the near future. These are left over from years ago when we used to sell them at the dog shows.
